Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: October 2026•Omni AI Club Private Limited

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) establishes mandatory standards of conduct for all users, presenters, and automated software agents interacting with seminara.online, our live WebRTC rooms, and developer APIs operated by Omni AI Club Private Limited.

1. Purpose & Application

Seminara is built to deliver professional, trustworthy, and autonomous live presentations. Because Aura delivers sub-second spoken dialogue directly to live audiences, maintaining platform safety, intellectual property integrity, and preventing abuse is vital to the entire ecosystem.

2. Prohibited Presentation Content

Hosts may not upload, synthesize, or instruct Aura to present materials that contain or promote:

  • Illegal Activities: Unlawful schemes, narcotics, weapons, fraud, or instructions for hazardous acts.
  • Hate Speech & Harassment: Content that incites hatred, violence, or discrimination based on protected characteristics.
  • Sexually Explicit Content: Non-consensual sexual content, pornography, or sexually suggestive media.
  • Malware & Phishing: Deceptive slide links, credential harvesting URLs, or social engineering schemes.

3. AI Safety & Anti-Jailbreak Rules

Users and attendees are strictly prohibited from attempting any form of adversarial attack against Seminara’s neural agents, including:

  • Prompt Injection: Submitting adversarial attendee questions, hidden white-on-white slide text, or encoded tokens intended to hijack Aura’s system prompt.
  • Jailbreaks: Attempting to force Aura to bypass ethical boundaries, generate malicious scripts, or produce harmful content.
  • Model Probing: Attempting to extract private system prompts, model weights, or confidential knowledge base documents.

4. Voice Impersonation Restrictions

Aura utilizes synthetic conversational voices designed specifically for autonomous presentations. You may not deploy voice profiles to impersonate public figures, corporate executives, or any real individual without verifiable, signed legal authorization. You must never misrepresent Aura as a living human being to deceive customers.

5. API Usage & Programmatic Limits

When deploying programmatic agents through our dynamic registration endpoints or Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, agents must honor HTTP rate limits and 429 Retry-After headers. Spinning up excessive empty concurrent rooms to monopolize media relays or circumvent quotas is prohibited.

6. Anti-Spam & Attendee Conduct

Hosts utilizing in-session lead capture must strictly comply with applicable privacy statutes (such as CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR). Attendee contact details collected by Aura must never be added to unsolicited mass marketing lists without lawful opt-in consent.

7. Enforcement & Termination

We reserve the right to immediately terminate presentation rooms, revoke API tokens, and ban host accounts found in violation of this Policy. In cases of severe fraud, child exploitation, or cyberattacks, we cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities.

8. Reporting Abuse

If you encounter a Seminara session hosting prohibited materials or violating this policy, notify our trust & safety team at shivamselam@seminara.online with the relevant session URL.
