This Sub-processors Directory lists the third-party infrastructure and compute providers authorized by Omni AI Club Private Limited to process customer data and deliver the real-time presentation capabilities of seminara.online.
1. Overview & Due Diligence Standards
Prior to engaging any technical sub-processor, Seminara executes rigorous technical and legal due diligence to verify compliance with GDPR Article 28, SOC-2, and international data security standards. Every vendor is bound by strict Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with mandatory zero-model-training clauses and encryption requirements.
2. Database Infrastructure & Storage
Managed Relational Database & Authentication: User authentication credentials, presentation metadata storage, vector embeddings, and encrypted asset buckets. All data is isolated by PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (auth.uid() = host_id) and encrypted at rest with AES-256.
3. Real-Time WebRTC Media Relays
Global WebRTC Selective Forwarding Units (SFU): Bidirectional audio routing, sub-second room state synchronization, and audio packet transport. Operates under an ephemeral streaming model with zero disk storage of raw voice audio.
4. Speech Recognition & Neural Synthesis
Zero-Retention Speech Processing Engine: Real-time speech-to-text (STT) conversion of attendee verbal questions and text-to-speech (TTS) synthesis for Aura’s spoken responses. Audio payloads are processed under zero-data-retention parameters and are never retained for model training.
5. AI Reasoning & Language Orchestration
Generative AI Reasoning APIs: Finite-state machine slide narration planning, context retrieval from slide knowledge bases, and conversational answers. Subject to commercial zero-data-retention covenants.
6. Merchant of Record & Billing Gateway
PCI-DSS Level 1 Merchant of Record: Credit card processing, recurring subscription invoicing, minute refill checkouts, global sales tax calculation, and currency conversion. Zero credit card numbers or CVVs ever touch Seminara servers.
7. Transactional Communications
Transactional Email Dispatcher: Dispatching login magic links, subscription receipts, session attendance summaries, and critical security notices.
8. Sub-processor Update Notifications
We provide notice of new sub-processors at least thirty (30) days prior to authorization by updating this directory and alerting account administrators via dashboard notices.
