The Service includes test sessions, live sessions, and supporting features.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You may delete your account at any time

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misuse or disrupt the Service
• Upload illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the system
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. AI-generated content disclaimer

• Aura is an automated system
• Outputs are informational only
• Content is not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice
• You remain responsible for how you use and present generated content

5. Sessions & sharing

• Sessions are private unless you choose to share them
• You are responsible for any links or access codes you distribute
• Attendee behavior is your responsibility as the host

6. Payments, subscriptions & billing

• Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis unless cancelled
• Usage-based pricing may apply for enterprise customers
• Prices may change with prior notice

Refunds

• Fees are generally non-refundable
• Exceptions may be made at our discretion for billing errors or exceptional cases

7. Availability & reliability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or third-party failures.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
