What is the Overrun Buffer?
Paid plans (Core Host and Hosting Fleet) include a 15% Overrun Buffer on presentation minutes. If your session is scheduled for 30 minutes, Aura will continue fielding questions up to the grace allowance (e.g., 34.5 minutes) without cutting off attendees mid-sentence.
Quota Enforcement (HTTP 402)
- If your monthly session quota or minute pool is 100% exhausted, session creation and live room starts return
HTTP 402 Payment Required. - You can instantly upgrade your tier from the Host Dashboard or via the Developer API to unblock session creation.
Annual Billing Discount (10% Off)
Switching from monthly to annual billing saves 10% across all paid plans:
