HelpManaging SessionsHost Dashboard

Host Dashboard

Navigate your dashboard to view analytics, manage sessions, and track leads.

The Host Dashboard is your mission control. From here, you can manage all your active sessions, view test environments, and analyze engagement metrics.

Key Features

  1. Session Management: View all Draft, Active, and Archived sessions. Click into any session to edit the outline, change the slides, or grab the share link.
  2. Analytics Overview: Track total visitors, average view duration, and CTA conversion rates.
  3. Lead Capture: View the contact information (emails, names) of attendees who have raised their hands or interacted deeply with your sessions.
  4. Test Sandboxes: Launch a private, isolated version of your session to test the voice and optimize the script without affecting your public metrics.

Understanding Engagement Scores

Our background AI agents (specifically the Analyst agent) monitor sessions in real-time. Attendees who ask highly relevant, specific questions receive a higher Engagement Score. You can view these scores in the dashboard to prioritize which leads to follow up with manually.

Q: Is there a limit to how many archived sessions I can keep?

A: No, archived sessions are stored indefinitely on our secure servers, allowing you to retain all historical lead data and transcripts for future reference.
