How it Works
When creating a session, you can enable Post-Session Drip and CTA Recovery from the Email Follow-ups card on the session detail page.
- Trigger Events: The system listens for specific session events, such as completing the presentation, raising a hand, or abandoning the session early.
- Dynamic Generation: Aura drafts follow-up emails based on the specific questions the attendee asked during the session, making the outreach highly personalized.
- Delivery: Emails are sent automatically on your behalf. Any replies from attendees are routed directly to your account's email address.
Customizing the Assistant Tone
In your global settings (or per session), you can define the tone Aura uses when writing follow-up emails. The available options are:
