Joining a Session

How attendees accept invitations and enter the live room.

Seminara provides a secure, streamlined entry process for attendees joining a live session.

The Invitation Link

Attendees join by clicking a unique link provided by the host (e.g., seminara.online/join/[identifier]).

1. Authentication

To ensure high-quality analytics and secure access, attendees must be authenticated. If an attendee is not logged in, they will be briefly redirected to the login/signup page before being returned to the invitation.

2. The Acceptance Screen

Once authenticated, attendees land on the Session Invitation screen. This page displays:

  • The Host's Avatar and Brand Name
  • The Session Title and Description
  • The Scheduled Date and Time
  • A secure "Authenticated Only" badge

3. Accepting the Invitation

Attendees click the large Accept Session Invitation button. Doing this:

  1. Registers their RSVP in the host's analytics.
  2. Adds the session to the attendee's personal Dashboard for easy access later.
  3. Immediately redirects them into the Live Room.

System Requirements

  • Browser: We strongly recommend Google Chrome, Safari, or Microsoft Edge.
  • Connection: A stable broadband connection is required for low-latency audio.
  • Hardware: A working microphone and speakers/headphones.
