Setting up the CTA

Configure the Call to Action to capture intent and book demos.

The ultimate goal of education-led sales is conversion. Seminara provides built-in tools to capture high-intent leads exactly when they are most engaged.

Configuring the Button

In the Session Setup wizard, on the Finalize step, you can define your Call to Action (CTA).

  • CTA Type: Select from templates like "Schedule a Call" or "Download Resource".
  • Button Text: The exact text on the button, e.g., "Schedule a Call" or "Download Now".
  • Action URL: The link where the user will be redirected (e.g., your Calendly link or checkout page).

How the CTA is Triggered

The Seminara FSM (Finite State Machine) has a dedicated CLOSING phase. Once Aura finishes narrating the final slide, she will seamlessly transition into the closing remarks and the CTA button will animate onto the attendee's screen.

Aura is programmed to verbally prompt the attendee to click the button on their screen.

Lead Recovery

If an attendee completes the session but does not click the CTA, Seminara's CTA Recovery engine can automatically follow up with them via email (if enabled in your settings).

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: Can I have multiple CTAs?

A: Currently, Seminara focuses on a single, high-conversion primary CTA at the end of the session to maximize click-through rates.
