We understand the sensitivity of presentation decks, proprietary company knowledge, and attendee voice communications. This Privacy Policy applies to registered account holders (“Hosts”) who create presentations and invite audiences, as well as participants (“Attendees”) who enter live presentation rooms to view slides and engage in real-time conversational audio Q&A.

2.1. Personal Data
We collect personally identifiable information that you voluntarily provide to us when registering for an account, subscribing to paid plans, or participating in a presentation room:
- Host Account Information: Full name, verified email address, organization name, and authentication tokens via Google OAuth or magic links. We never collect or store passwords.
- Billing Information: Billing name, contact email, country, and transaction references managed through our certified Merchant of Record payment gateway. Zero credit card numbers or CVVs touch Seminara servers.
- Attendee Submissions: Contact details (such as corporate email address, name, or survey answers) voluntarily provided by attendees during interactive lead capture prompts.
2.2. Non-Personal Data & Telemetry

- No Biometric Voiceprints: Seminara does not extract vocal geometry, voiceprints, or biometric identifiers. Speech is processed solely for acoustic transcription.

To deliver actionable presentation summaries to the host, text transcripts of attendee questions and Aura’s answers are recorded in text format within the host’s private workspace. The host retains full administrative control to inspect, export, or permanently purge transcripts and attendee lead records at any time.
3. How We Use Your Information
3.1. Presentation Delivery & Interaction
We use uploaded presentation slides, speaker scripts, and knowledge documents to power Aura’s conversational delivery, synchronize visual slides via finite-state machine orchestration, and generate sub-second spoken responses to audience inquiries during live sessions.
3.2. Lead Conversion & CRM Synchronization
When an attendee engages with in-session forms or CTA prompts, we structure the resulting contact details and qualification insights so the host can sync them with their CRM and follow up with interested buyers. We never sell, rent, or commercialize attendee data to any third party.
4. Zero Foundation Model Training Guarantee
Your proprietary presentation slide decks, speaker notes, custom prompts, and attendee transcripts are never used to train, retrain, or fine-tune public foundation models. All API communications with language and voice synthesis engines are executed under commercial enterprise agreements enforcing zero-data-retention parameters.
6. Data Retention & Tenant Security (RLS)
All customer documents and session analytics reside behind strict PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (auth.uid() = host_id), ensuring cryptographic tenant isolation. Deleting a presentation session permanently removes all associated slide PDFs, vector embeddings, and text Q&A transcripts. Data in transit is enforced over TLS 1.3; data at rest is encrypted via AES-256.
